What do you need for a gated Calabasas pickup?

Send the gate name, any access code or advance guest-list requirement, the resident or host contact number and the exact interior address. Communities set their own access rules, so arranging this in advance avoids a delay at the gate.

Can a stretch limousine take the canyon road to Malibu?

Canyon roads are winding and narrow in places, and not every vehicle size is well suited to them. Name the venue and the route you expect and reservations will advise which categories are practical for that trip.

Do you provide Calabasas transportation to LAX?

Yes. Include the pickup address with gate details, the airline, flight time, requested terminal arrival time, passenger count and luggage estimate.

How far is Calabasas from LAX?

Closer than the coastal side of Ventura County, because Calabasas is already east of the Conejo grade and in Los Angeles County. Hollywood Burbank is shorter again. Send your flight and reservations will quote the transfer and track the arrival so the pickup moves if the flight does.

Can you pick up inside a gated community?

Yes. Give us the community name, the full address and the gate to use, plus the name the callbox should be given. Some interior streets cannot take a longer vehicle, so mentioning the approach lets reservations match the car to the address rather than discovering the limit on the night.

Calabasas Transportation

Calabasas Limousine & Private Car Service

Calabasas sits on the US-101 in Los Angeles County, where the freeway corridor meets the canyon roads that cross the Santa Monica Mountains to the coast. Transportation here often involves gated residential access on one end and a canyon route or a Los Angeles venue on the other.

How pricing works

Closer to the airports than the coast side of the county

Calabasas sits on the US-101 in Los Angeles County, east of the Conejo grade, and that changes the airport maths compared with a pickup in Camarillo or Oxnard. Hollywood Burbank is a short run, and LAX is a genuinely shorter trip from here than from the coastal side of Ventura County. Send the airline and flight number and the pickup is built backward from your real check-in cutoff rather than from a rule of thumb.

Gated communities and the callbox problem

A large share of Calabasas pickups are behind a gate. That means the chauffeur needs a name at the callbox, and it means some interior streets have no room to turn or stage a longer vehicle. Send the full address, the community name and the gate you want used. It is a thirty-second detail at booking that otherwise becomes a ten-minute problem at the gate with the clock running.

Nights out, and where the car actually waits

Old Town Calabasas and the shopping and dining around The Commons generate evening work, and the question that decides the quote is whether the vehicle waits or comes back. Continuous service is hourly with a three-hour minimum Monday to Thursday and removes the risk of standing outside; a scheduled return is cheaper and depends on the evening running to plan. Evenings run late more often than they run early, so give a realistic end time.

Wedding transportation

We used them for my son’s prom, and they did a great job! Rachel was responsive, warm, and so easy to work with. Adolfo, the driver, was wonderful with the kids as well. We will be a repeat customer.

Prom night

They are the only people that I trust to drive me around. I have used them to go to the airport and to have a wild party. On-time, reasonably priced and completely professional.
