How pricing works

Every venue sends large vehicles somewhere else

This is the single fact that decides an event night. Stadiums and arenas route buses, limousines and charter vehicles to designated lots or curbs that are not the passenger drop-off, and those assignments change between an NFL game and a concert at the same venue. It is why the useful question at booking is not which car you want but which venue, on which date, for which event. We plan the approach around the venue rules rather than around the map.

Getting out is harder than getting in

Arrival is spread across two hours; departure happens in fifteen minutes with everyone else. The post-event pickup point and a passenger mobile number should be agreed before you walk in, because a stadium car park at full exit is no place to be working it out by phone. Decide too whether the vehicle holds through the event or returns at a set time - continuous service costs more and removes the risk of standing outside.

The routes we run most

From Ventura County the regular event runs are Dodger Stadium, SoFi Stadium, the Rose Bowl and the Hollywood Bowl, and each has its own published arrival rules - the Rose Bowl, for instance, does not permit drop-offs at the stadium at all on game day.
