Which airport is the real decision
From Ventura County the default assumption is LAX, and it is often the wrong one. Camarillo to LAX is roughly 55 miles on the US-101 and I-405 and takes about an hour to an hour and a half outside the peaks — and considerably longer inside them. Hollywood Burbank is usually a shorter and more predictable drive from the eastern side of the county, and Santa Barbara is the easier run from Ventura and Oxnard. Tell us the airline and flight and we will say plainly if a different airport makes the morning easier.
We track the flight, so give us the flight number
A flight number lets us watch the actual arrival rather than the one printed on your itinerary, and move the pickup when it moves. Without it a delayed landing turns into a car that left on schedule and a passenger standing at a kerb. On departures the pickup time is built backward from your check-in cutoff, the terminal and the day of the week, not from a fixed rule.
Flat transfer or hourly, and why it matters
Airport work is quoted as a flat transfer rate for the vehicle and the date, which is the right shape for a straightforward run to a terminal and back. Hourly service, which carries a three-hour minimum Monday to Thursday, is the right shape when the car waits, collects several people from different addresses, or makes stops. A trip with two pickups on opposite sides of the county is not a transfer even though it ends at an airport, so describe the whole itinerary and the quote will match it.
Luggage decides the vehicle more often than passengers do
Four passengers with four large cases and golf clubs do not fit the car that four passengers with carry-ons do. An Escalade ESV or a Sprinter solves what a sedan cannot, and on the return leg from a two-week trip the bags have usually multiplied. Send a luggage estimate alongside the passenger count and the vehicle will be right the first time.

- Which airports do you serve?
- We provide airport transportation throughout Southern California, including LAX, Hollywood Burbank Airport and Santa Barbara Airport. Contact reservations for another airport or private aviation facility.
- Can a group travel to the airport together?
- Yes. Sprinter vans, party buses and coach buses are available for larger parties, subject to availability. Include passenger and luggage counts so we can recommend the right vehicle.
- Is a car service from Ventura County to LAX a flat rate or hourly?
- Airport transfers are quoted as a flat rate for your vehicle and date. Hourly service, with a three-hour minimum Monday to Thursday, applies when the vehicle waits, makes multiple pickups or adds stops. Describe the full itinerary and reservations will quote whichever shape actually fits it.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- We track the flight from the flight number and adjust the pickup to the real arrival time. That only works if you send the airline and flight number when you book, so include them with the passenger and luggage counts.
- Should I fly from LAX, Burbank or Santa Barbara?
