The court travels together, and that sets the vehicle
A quinceanera is rarely one passenger. The damas and chambelanes usually move as a group and usually need to arrive together and on cue, which makes passenger count the first question and the vehicle a consequence of it. A stretch limousine keeps a small court together; a party bus or a Sprinter is what a full court plus family needs. Send the number who are actually travelling in the vehicle, not the guest list.
Church, photographs, reception - three arrivals, not one
The day almost always runs church, then photographs somewhere chosen for how it looks, then the reception, and the photo stop is the part that overruns. Decide in advance whether the vehicle holds through it or returns at a set time, because those are different bookings. List each leg with its own time when you enquire and the quote reflects the day rather than a single transfer.
Saturdays go first
Quinceanera dates concentrate on Saturdays and compete with weddings and proms for the same vehicles. Hourly service carries a three-hour minimum Monday to Thursday, and a Saturday celebration is usually longer than that anyway. Book the date as soon as the church and reception are confirmed, and confirm the final count the week before.

- Yes, subject to available vehicle capacity. Send the final court size and note formalwear or other space needs so reservations can recommend an appropriate option.
- Can transportation include a portrait stop?
- Yes. Add the portrait location and desired amount of time to the itinerary so the quote reflects the complete celebration schedule.
- What size vehicle do we need for the court?
- It depends how many people travel in the vehicle rather than how many attend. A small court fits a stretch limousine; a full court with family usually needs a party bus or a Sprinter. Send the travelling count and reservations will match the vehicle to it for your date.
- Can the vehicle wait during photographs?
- Yes, on hourly service. Photographs are the part of the day that most often runs long, so holding the vehicle removes the risk of standing around waiting for it to come back. A scheduled return is less expensive and depends on the schedule holding.
