A wedding is several trips, not one booking
The couple is usually the smallest part of it. There is the bridal party to the ceremony, often from a different address and on a tighter clock; parents and grandparents, who may need a vehicle they can get in and out of easily; guests moving between ceremony and reception if the two are not in the same place; and the couple leaving at the end. Each of those is its own arrival with its own time. List them separately when you enquire and the quote will reflect the day you are actually having.
The venue decides more than the fleet does
Camarillo Ranch, at 201 Camarillo Ranch Road, is the venue we are asked about most often — the restored mansion and red barn on four and a half acres. Ranch and farm properties further inland are reached by two-lane roads with unpaved parking, which rules some vehicles out. Coastal venues towards Ventura and Oxnard add their own timing. Send the venue and the ceremony time and the vehicle is matched to the access as well as to the guest count.
Photographs, and the gap nobody plans for
The stretch of the day that most often goes wrong is between the ceremony and the reception, when photographs run long and the vehicle is either waiting on the clock or has already left. Decide in advance whether the car holds through that window or returns at a set time. Continuous service costs more and removes the risk; a scheduled return is cheaper and needs the schedule to hold.
The cars people actually ask for
For the couple it is usually a classic or a statement car — a stretched Rolls-Royce, a Rolls-Royce Ghost or a Bentley Mulsanne. For the bridal party it is a stretch limousine that keeps everyone together, with Escalade and Hummer super stretches for larger groups and Chrysler 300 or Lincoln stretches for eight to twelve. For guest shuttling it is Sprinters, party buses or coaches. Stretch limousines are $199 per hour, SUV and Hummer limousines $229, party buses $249, with a three-hour minimum Monday to Thursday.

- Yes. The fleet includes vehicles for couples, wedding parties and larger guest groups. Availability and the recommended vehicle depend on the date, route and passenger count.
- When should we request a wedding transportation quote?
- Request a quote as soon as your date and primary venues are known. Earlier planning provides more vehicle choices, especially for weekends and peak wedding seasons.
- How many vehicles do we need for a wedding?
- It depends how many separate arrivals the day has. List them out — bridal party, immediate family, guest movement between ceremony and reception, and the couple leaving — with a time and a passenger count against each. Reservations will come back with the smallest combination of vehicles that covers them for your date.
- Should the car wait during photographs, or come back?
- Photographs are the part of the day that most often overruns, so decide this at the booking stage rather than on the day. Continuous service means the vehicle holds and there is no risk of waiting; a scheduled return is less expensive but depends on the schedule holding. Say which you want and it goes in the written quote.
- Can you get a limousine to a ranch or farm wedding venue?
- Often yes, but not always the vehicle you first pictured. Rural venues in Ventura County can have narrow approaches, unpaved parking and limited turning room, which rules out the longest vehicles. Send the venue address and anything you know about the access road and reservations will confirm what is workable.
