Up to 20 is the published figure and it is a real one, but it is worth being honest about what a full load looks like. Twenty people in summer clothes on a two-hour run is comfortable. Twenty in winter coats, or twenty with formalwear that nobody wants creased, or twenty for five hours with bags and a cooler, is a different evening. If your group is right at the limit, say so when you enquire and reservations will tell you whether to size up rather than letting you find out at the kerb.
LED light-panel ceilings run the full length of the cabin rather than sitting in strips, so the light is even end to end instead of bright at one end and dim at the other. Length is the constraint that catches people out, and it is worth settling at the booking stage rather than on the night. Residential cul-de-sacs in the newer Conejo Valley and Oak Park tracts often have no turning room for a vehicle this size, and gated communities usually need a name at the callbox before the gate opens. Kanan Dume Road to the Malibu coast drops at an eight percent grade over its final three miles through three tunnels, and a super stretch is not the right answer for that road - a Sprinter is.
